"I called last minute to see if I could come in to get four new tires, they told me it may be a bit of a wait but that they’d squeeze me in. Not only was it done that day, but they called me within two hours to tell me my car was done. 4 new tires and wipers later, the interaction was nothing other than smooth. Two months later, my wiper came off my car while it was raining. Luckily, I was right by Mavis. I stopped in to buy a new wiper replacement. They came out, installed it, and told me I didn’t owe anything. As an adult, it was like winning the lottery. Really great customer service every single time.
